We ask that you arrive at your chosen pick up point 5 minutes prior to the given collection time. We are unable to wait more than 5 minutes for "late arrivals" due to this causing delays to subsequent pick ups, and could cause delayed arrival.
Platinum Tours is not responsible for delayed arrival at our destination due to adverse weather conditions, or traffic delays. We always plan our journeys to take traffic conditions into account, but cannot account for unforeseen incidents or accidents which may delay our journey. No refunds will be given for delayed arrival in the above circumstances.
Once you have purchased your seats, we will contact you on the phone number you provide to confirm your purchase and the time of pick up at the location you have selected. Tickets for an event will not be posted, but will be distributed as you board the coach on the outward journey.
